IT or Information Technology is just a fancy way of saying “computer support”. We started our technical career providing network and systems management. We understand the Windows platform and can perform most of our IT support remotely, over the internet. Much less expensive than having one of our staff come onsite. However, that is always an option if needed. We assist with virus issues as well as offer backup solutions for small businesses.
